Nominal member intrest will be charged as 1% more than intrest rate specified as above.
Intrest is deducted from the loan account by the bank every month, which has to be paid by the 5^th of every month.
The account holder who makes regular loan repayments is given a 1% intrest rebate as per the bank’s norms.
